We want you to love your phone case! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.
1. Returns
- You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at basag@casesforeveryphone.comm with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
We will respond with instructions and the return address within 2 business days.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping or product error on our part.
4. Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for size, color, or style within 30 days, if stock is available.
- Email basag@casesforeveryphone.comm with your order number and exchange request.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized cases
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
