Refund and Returns Policy

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2025

We want you to love your phone case! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

1. Returns

  • You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
    • In its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at basag@casesforeveryphone.comm with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond with instructions and the return address within 2 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping or product error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for size, color, or style within 30 days, if stock is available.
  • Email basag@casesforeveryphone.comm with your order number and exchange request.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized cases
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
